GLP-1 pathway — natural activation
Super Hind Gut™ supports the gut conditions that drive endogenous GLP-1 production in L-cells of the distal intestine and colon
Microbiome-mediated appetite regulation
Fermentable fibres increase SCFA production — butyrate, propionate, and acetate — directly linked to satiety hormone secretion
No contraindications with GLP-1 drugs
Safe to use alongside existing weight management pharmacotherapy — supports the same pathway through complementary, not competing, mechanisms
EU-approved health claims
Glucomannan and chromium carry EU-approved claims for weight management support and normal blood glucose maintenance
Who the programme is designed for

Built for practitioners
who work at the intersection.

The Longevity Farm sits at the meeting point of gut health, metabolic wellness, and weight management. Practitioners in these disciplines typically have patients who are the right fit.

Integrative & functional GPs
Patients seeking weight management support without pharmaceutical intervention, or looking for complementary approaches alongside existing treatment.
Naturopaths
Patient-centred practitioners focused on supporting biological systems naturally — the Longevity Farm philosophy aligns directly with this approach.
Accredited dietitians
Evidence-based practitioners who can contextualise the fibre science and GLP-1 mechanism for patients in clinical dietary counselling settings.
Health & wellness coaches
Practitioners supporting clients through lifestyle and behaviour change who want a structured, science-backed tool to recommend for appetite regulation.
Clinical rationale

The mechanism in brief.
For your records.

The following is a summary suitable for practitioner review. Full ingredient sheets, SCFA pathway references, and formulation documentation are available in the practitioner resource library after approval.

01
Hind gut targeting
The Super Hind Gut™ fibre system is designed to resist digestion in the upper GI tract and reach the distal colon intact. L-cells in the hind gut lining are the primary site of GLP-1 secretion. Most fibre supplements ferment too early and never reach this zone.
Reference: Kieffer & Habener (1999), Physiological Reviews; Tolhurst et al. (2012), Gastroenterology
02
SCFA-mediated GLP-1 stimulation
Fermentation of resistant fibres by hind gut microbiota produces short-chain fatty acids — particularly butyrate and propionate. These SCFAs directly stimulate L-cell GLP-1 secretion via free fatty acid receptor signalling (FFAR2/3).
Reference: Psichas et al. (2015), Gut; Samuel et al. (2008), Nature
03
Chromium & glucose homeostasis
Chromium picolinate supports normal macronutrient metabolism and contributes to blood glucose regulation. Reduced glycaemic variability decreases the amplitude of hunger spikes that drive reactive eating — a clinically recognised pattern in weight management.
EU Regulation 432/2012 approved health claim; Cefalu & Hu (2004), Diabetes Care
Patient selection

Who is — and isn't —
a good fit.

We want practitioners to recommend The Longevity Farm only where it is clinically appropriate. Here is our own guidance on patient selection, written plainly.

Well suited
Patients likely to benefit
The system is designed for adults experiencing persistent food noise, appetite dysregulation, and difficulty maintaining dietary consistency — particularly where gut microbiome health may be a contributing factor.
  • BMI 25–40 with diet-cycling history and frustration with conventional approaches
  • Patients researching or considering GLP-1 pharmacotherapy who prefer a natural first-line option
  • Patients already on GLP-1 drugs who want complementary gut health support
  • Adults with stable blood glucose who experience appetite instability and reactive eating
  • Patients motivated by consistency over intensity — the system rewards daily use, not effort
Use clinical judgement
Where to exercise caution
The following patient profiles require clinical consideration before recommending. We err on the side of transparency — not every patient is a fit, and we'd rather you know that upfront.
  • Patients with IBS or active IBD — fermentable fibres may exacerbate symptoms; start low and titrate
  • Patients on blood-thinning medication — glucomannan may affect absorption timing; separate by 2 hours
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding — insufficient safety data; not recommended
  • Patients with severe dysphagia — the gel-forming property of glucomannan requires adequate hydration and swallowing function
  • Eating disorder history — food-focused structured rituals require careful individual assessment

Practitioner programme

Recommend it. Earn from it.
Track it clearly.

We believe practitioners should benefit from recommending products they stand behind. The programme is straightforward — one commission rate, paid monthly, tracked transparently.

15%
Commission on every referral
Applied to first and all subsequent orders from patients you refer — including subscription renewals
$27
Per subscription referral per month
15% of $180 one-time or $162/month subscription — paid while the patient remains active
30%
Off for your patients
Practitioners can offer patients a one-time 30% discount code for their first order to reduce the barrier to trial
How the programme works
Your unique practitioner link
After approval you receive a dedicated referral link and discount code. Share directly with patients via your preferred channel — email, print, or in consultation.
Automatic tracking
Every purchase made through your link is tracked automatically. Your practitioner dashboard shows referral count, active subscribers, and commission earned in real time.
Monthly payment
Commission is paid on the 15th of each month via bank transfer or Stripe. No threshold — any amount earned is paid that month.
Subscription commission is ongoing
You earn 15% on every renewal from patients you've referred — not just the first order. A patient who stays on subscription for 12 months generates $324 in commission from a single referral.
No exclusivity required
We don't ask for exclusivity. Recommend what's right for your patients — TLF should only be one of those things when it genuinely fits.

Applications are reviewed by our clinical team. We approve practitioners who work in relevant clinical areas and who are likely to recommend The Longevity Farm appropriately — meaning to patients for whom it is a genuine fit.

We're not trying to build the largest possible practitioner network. We're trying to build a trustworthy one. That means we occasionally decline applications where the fit isn't right, and we always explain why.

Common questions

Practitioner FAQ.

Yes. The Longevity Farm and pharmaceutical GLP-1 agonists target the same pathway through different mechanisms — TLF supports endogenous production rather than supplying exogenous hormone. There are no known contraindications. Some practitioners are recommending TLF as a complementary approach for patients who want to reduce pharmaceutical dependency over time, though this should be managed clinically and we make no claims about facilitating drug reduction.
Super Hind Gut™ is our proprietary plant-based fibre complex — a combination of resistant starch, long-chain inulin, and beta-glucan fractions specifically selected for their ability to reach and ferment in the distal colon. Full ingredient disclosure including quantities is available to approved practitioners in the ingredient dossier. The formulation does not contain any undisclosed active ingredients.
The AM and PM formulas are free from gluten, dairy, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts. They are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The full allergen declaration is included in the ingredient dossier. The manufacturing facility is not allergen-free, so patients with severe allergies should be advised accordingly.
Glucomannan's gel-forming properties can delay gastric emptying and potentially slow the absorption of orally administered medications if taken simultaneously. We recommend advising patients to take any medication at least 2 hours before or after the AM formula. This is particularly relevant for patients on warfarin, levothyroxine, or antidiabetic agents. Full interaction guidance is in the dosing protocol.
The most important thing to communicate is that the first 1–2 weeks involve gut microbiome adjustment, not results. Patients may experience temporary bloating, altered bowel habits, or mild GI discomfort as the gut flora shifts in response to the new fibre substrate. This typically resolves by day 7–10. The clearest appetite effects — reduced food noise, more consistent hunger signals — are generally reported at weeks 3–4. The patient explainer document covers this in language designed for direct patient use.
The Longevity Farm has not conducted an independent RCT at this stage. The formulation rationale is grounded in published research on the component ingredients — including peer-reviewed literature on glucomannan, inulin, resistant starch, SCFAs, and GLP-1 secretion. Full references are in the ingredient dossier. We are transparent about where the evidence is at ingredient level versus formulation level, and we don't overstate the clinical evidence base.
Each practitioner receives a unique referral link that is cookie-tracked for 90 days. Any purchase made through that link — first order or subsequent subscription renewal — is attributed to you. Commission is calculated on the net order value (after any patient discount codes), and paid monthly on the 15th. There is no minimum payment threshold. Your practitioner dashboard shows all attributions in real time.
Yes. Approved practitioners receive a patient discount code that gives a one-time 30% reduction on the first order. This is separate from your commission — you still earn 15% on the discounted first order, and full 15% on all subsequent orders. The discount code is designed to lower the barrier to trial for patients who are uncertain.
