Week 3 result
I've been a chronic dieter my whole adult life. I know what keto feels like, I know what calorie counting feels like, I know what the hunger spikes feel like at 3pm and the guilt that follows. What I didn't know was that the noise in my head — the constant thinking about food — wasn't a me problem. It was a gut problem. Week three was the first time I noticed I hadn't thought about food between lunch and dinner. I didn't even realise it until my husband asked if I wanted a snack and I said, genuinely, "no, I'm fine." He looked shocked. So was I.
